We offer UPS ground and express shipping worldwide. Rates are based on the weight and size of the item or items and your location. UPS shipping charges are calculated in real time with UPS web site. Currently our system only calculates US and Canada shipping cost automatically, if your shipping address is outside of US and Canada, please call us for quotation. FancyLight.com is not responsible for any brokerage fees, duties/taxes associated with the receipt of packages being sent outside of US and Canada. FancyLight.com also cannot give quotes on any duties/taxes to other countries.
All items are shipped with mandatory insurance included in the shipping price. All UPS shipments are insured for damage and missing packages by UPS. FancyLight.com is not responsible for any physical damage to products by shipping company.
All Shipping charges are calculated during the first step of checkout before your transaction is processed. Regular UPS delivery hours are Monday-Friday, 7-5. We do not guarantee the arrival date of the packages. If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package.
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If any discrepancy or defect found, please contact us within 72 hours upon receive.
Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order only if it is not pulled (processed). If the order has been pulled, you cannot cancel your order simply because you don not have sufficient fund in your credit card. Doing so will result in your account being inactivated. Please understand that pulling items and restocking them back is a significant operation cost for us.
Please contact Customer Service at 1-888-508-0593 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days after receiving shipment, it is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be approved prior to shipping the item back to us. All returns must be in its original condition prior to shipping, with its original packaging and must be in resellable condition. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
We will not accept any returns after 30 days. All clearance items are consider final sale and cannot be returned.
Only store credit will be issued upon inspection of the return. Store credit has not cash value and must the redeem within 1 year
