We offer UPS ground and express shipping. Rates are based on the weight and size of the item or items and your location. UPS shipping charges are calculated in real time with UPS web site.
All items are shipped with mandatory insurance included in the shipping price. All UPS shipments are insured for damage and missing packages by UPS. FancyLight.com is not responsible for any physical damage to products by shipping company. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment on a business day.
All Shipping charges are calculated during the first step of checkout before your transaction is processed. This will allow you to view the different shipping options and costs to your location before completing your transaction. For special shipping request, you can ask us when we contact you about your order.

Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order only if it is not pulled (processed). If the order has been pulled, you cannot cancel your order simply because you don not have sufficient fund in your credit card. Doing so will result in your account being inactivated.
Please understand that pulling items and restocking them back is a significant operation cost for us.
We accept returns within 21 days from invoice date, it is subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept returns after 30 days. Return of special order items will be charged up to 40% restock fee. We will not accept returns of clearance items.
All returns must be in original condition. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Shipping charges are not refundable for all returns.
Products are sold with their respective manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product. Not all products are covered by a manufacturers warranty. Statement of "Rated Average Life Hours" does not designate warranty. All products are warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase regardless of manufacturer warranty. After 60 days, the customer will be charged the freight for replacement.
